  Service was not on at all. There was a mix up with our order as we needed one of our drinks to be made with soya milk. This was either misheard or accidentally forgotten when purchasing. The barista (man with bunched hair) reacted appallingly. He muttered under his breath to his colleague about the problem, he sighed, groaned and forced together a drink before slamming it down in front of us. I still don't quite get how it was as big a problem as he made it out to be. We entered Costa in a good mood, we left pissed off. We won't be back.
