  This dealership is an absolute joke, worst experience I've ever had to date, my 3 year old focus st3 rear driver door and window stopped working, this is still under warranty, firstly told it was a problem with the handle and a software update, told to co.e back for the software update. Went back and they said they replaced the handle, door still doesn't open! Then told it's a wiring module in the door that needs replaced, books the car back in as they said they need to order the part! Goes back in on the appointed date to then be told it's a wiring loom issue which needs to be made up and will take in in excess of two weeks! My mot is due before that point so essentially can't drive my car! This lot are an absolute disgrace and their customer service is a joke, once the car is fixed I'll never go back to them.
