  Took my Q5 here as it has an adblue fault showing on my display....car has been in over 24 hrs so far and I told them I need it for my shift tonight. We will be in touch asap.....well I've had to call garage 3 times today....1st 2 times the parts guy was at lunch or on his phone? Finally after 7 mins on hold I spoke to Billy and I'm now informed if he doesn't phone me by half past 3....I've to phone them at 4 to see if my cars repaired...or I go yet another day without a car? So I guess I'll need to explain to my gaffer that I've no car to make my shift...as it's 5 mins away from 4 and I've been tasked to go through to Edinburgh!! Staff are friendly and welcoming ....but I'm wishing I'd bought another type of car rather than an Audi now!!
