Showroom staff were very knowledgeable on products, and after a home visit, where they ensured that the output of the stove we had selected would be suitable and surveyed our fireplace and chimney for the installation, after discussions on fittings and finishes we set a date for the install. Installers turned up on time, came prepared with protection for furniture and flooring and at all stages of the work engaged with us during the install ensuring we understood what they were doing and what the next stage of the work would be. Overall a good experience and a great install.
